CA restrictions applied to spare part selected from item list

When CA has restrictions to item are set, spare parts of the item allowed by the CA can be still picked even if they are not allowed by the restriction once spare part is selected from Select quantity step of its parent item. But it is not possible to pick the spare part when selecting it from Select item step. Due to that, it is not possible to pick this spare part once its parent item is out of stock.

Severity:

Low - Not affecting basic flow, happens only in specific condition

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have CA value with restriction to allow Item 1 only, have the item in stock

2. Set Item 2 as spare part for Item 1

3. On SFI use user without privilege to override CA restrictions

4. Select the CA and Item 1 during pick

5. On Select quantity step, show related items and select to pick Item 2 -> Pick of the Item 2 can be finished [OK]

6. Start the pick again and navigate to Select item step for the CA

7. Show related items from the item list and select to pick the Item 2 -> Pick cannot be finished [BUG] - Pick must be possible to be finished, CA item restrictions must not limit pick of spare parts it its parent item is available by the restrictions.
