We can look into the return process efficiency. For the prices I think we already have this possibility, you can choose to show either net or gross price to an item in picking process (Go to device settings)
I agree with this. an example is Returning Items of different conditions e.g. If I return a "Used Item", but then wanted to return an item "For Service" immediately afterward, there isn't a "Return Another Item" option. The user would have to navigate back to the home screen and select "Return" before selecting a return condition to return the next item.
