It would be nice if user on SFI could pickup either refurbished or used tools, but not "new tools".
When overriding the parameter, it allows user to pick any status he wants, or,
if the parameter is not activated it follows the classic used>refurbished>new pick up scheme.
This would be very useful when there are more refurbished tools than used.

We understand the challenge: when you have excess refurbished stock, you want operators to pick from that pool first without accidentally grabbing new tools. This is a smart inventory management strategy.
We have seen similar requests—specifically, teams wanting to restrict picking by tool state at different levels (user group, cost center, workpiece). There is a related idea (CRW-I-694) with strong customer demand for state-based restrictions during picking.
We are consolidating these requests to design a proper solution. Your use case is now captured there. Feel free to add any additional context to CRW-I-694 if you have specific scenarios to share.
